Luna
I stood in front of the building I was never allowed to enter because father was ashamed of me going around with my red hair and proving to people that he had a freak for a daughter – Sigard School of Mastery.
All my sisters schooled here and they discovered their powers while training at this school. The grey wall was adorned with purple and blue roses and the large, black gates opened for anyone who stood in front of it regardless of your background. But like every other school, sons and daughters of men and women who held titles in my father’s court always put themselves above everyone else.
The gates opened and I sighed as I entered the school building, adjusting my full body suit because it was too tight, I was astonished by how beautiful it looked. Unlike the school in Lygard that had a dark aura to it, this place was bright and colorful.
I couldn’t resist the scowl that formed on my face when I saw my father’s statue at t
LunaI was trembling visibly as I watched Jacqueline being carried out for treatment, her blood dripping on the floor and making me feel sick of myself.Sure I hated her but I…didn’t think I would go as far as almost killing her.“ Luna get rid of those things now!” Gia said making me aware of the lionesses presence. I turned around and they stared at me while still lying on the floor. The one who attacked Jacqueline was still cleaning the blood from herself.I had no idea how I ended up summoning a lion but I also had no idea how to un-do it.“ I…don’t know what to do.” I said and froze when I felt someone holding me by my waist.“ You’re tense, let loose,” he said to me, I didn’t think he was helping until he said,” trust me.”I exhaled and stared at him wondering what I should do next.“ You summoned them
Luna Classes have been going quite well so far. My father somehow managed to convince people not to be too scared of me and Hazel and I have been hitting it off since that day we kissed. I was eating lunch with Hazel when Jacqueline sat beside him and whispered something in his ears before leaving. I saw his eyes widen because of what she said but I didn’t hear what she said. Has my wolf side abandoned me? Or did she just deflect the wind so that her sound wouldn’t get to my ears? “ What does she want?” I asked but he shrugged and kept eating. I waited for him to swallow his food before asking again this time I used my eyes. He sighed and said to me, “ Why is that every time we get so intimate and I think you’re going to have sex with me you just freeze and tell me to stop?” That was not what I was expecting him to say. Is he trying to change the obvious topic here? “ Is that what she said to you?” I asked. He ran his
Luna “ Father, there must be a mistake. I’ve lived there and I know who the rightful Alpha is supposed to be, it’s Dracah not Danger or whatever that man said.” I said when I caught up to him as he was making his way to his courtroom with his counselors and advisors. “ Luna, he is the same person.” Herald, one of my father’s advisors said. “ That’s impossible, Dracah would never –“ “ – do you know what he’s done in a span of two years?” “ I’ve only been here for two months he couldn’t have done –“ I stopped talking when I realized that two months will be two years if you cross the thorn forest boundary into Lygard. Shit! What has Dracah done now? “ According to our spies, Dracah thinks his destiny is to destroy all of Sigard but in order for him to do that he has succeeded in conquering all Alphas that broke away from Alpha Giane’s control. Now he’s formed an army with them and is coming for us.” Another o
LunaWe all rushed to the thorn forest where the man claimed to have seen wolves but when we got there there were no wolves. My father glared at the man but he still insisted that there were wolves.“ Fine, stand guard everyone. They will probably attack soon besides, I need to see how they plan on passing through the thorn forest.” My father said.I watched his grip on his staff tighten as we stood guard. He was tense and so was I but not for whatever reason that he was tense. I was tense because I didn’t trust this man. While we were all here, Sigardians are sitting ducks right now because what if the wolves find a way to attack from the center of the city instead of here where we’ve been lured?“ Father, I don’t think it’s wise that we are all gathered here out the boundary while the people of Sigard are defenseless in the city. I think this man has lied to us!” Jacqueline said.
LunaI was awake but I couldn’t see a thing, everything was dark. I could tell that I had turned back into my human form and I was naked, I felt the sharp sand all over my body as I slowly got up but that wasn’t the only thing I felt. The sound of moving chains made me realized that I had been chained but it wouldn’t do anything to me since these chains must’ve been for my wolf form which is by far bigger than me in human form.I sneezed and then I winced when light foo bright for my eyes flooded the room. It was brief but I was able to tell that I had been chained in the cellars.“ She’s awake.” Someone said and light was flashed inside the cellar but this time I avoided it. I didn’t want the person to see my body.“ Quick, bring clothes,” I heard a female voice say.My head felt heavy because I hadn’t turned at all since I came to Sigard, it made me u
Luna “ You’re lying, father would never-“ “ – and what makes you think so?” Jacqueline said, a sly smile still playing on her lips as she stared at me. “ Because he’s already gotten what he wanted a very long time ago,” I said though my voice didn’t carry the confidence I had expected it to. Jacqueline shook her head and looked at the ground as she said, “ For someone who beat you and left you for dead you sure do have a lot of faith in him.” “ He’s changed.” “ Has he?” She asked, grinning from ear to ear. “ For goodness sake Jacqueline if there’s something you have to say just say it and stop toying with me!” I snapped at her. “ Fine, you might want to sit down for this one.” I pulled out a chair and sat on it while both of us looked each other in the eye. “ Remember that horrible night, the one where those wolves pursued you because they found out that you’re a…freak
LunaMaybe I allowed my rage get the best of me when I barged into my father’s courtroom and demanded that he speaks to me at once. His advisors and counselors gave me judging looks but I didn’t care, they were all fools anyway.“ What is this about Luna?” My father asked, he looked angry – the type of angry look that made me melt in terror but not today or anymore. I’m no longer a child.“ Why didn’t you tell me that Dracah was looking for me? Instead you faked my death and caused him to come in search of you and you almost lost a lot of Sigardian lives in the process!”He was quiet for a while, his face seemed unbothered but he did look a bit surprised at first. It is as almost as if he didn’t expect that to be the reason I called him out of the courtroom.“ Luna, I did it to protect you,”“ From what?”“ what do you mean from what?
Luna“ Guess what?!” Emerald said as she came bursting through my room and smashing my door in the process.“ I guess I’ll have to get them fix my door for the fifth time this month.” I said and she rolled her eyes and sat down beside me on the mat where I planned on having a nice picnic with myself. She brought out her phone and I stared at it, it was pretty recent and I kind of liked it but…it just looked like a trap if I tell anyone of them who’d gotten new phones that I actually know how to use one very well.“ I want to take a picture but I can’t get it to flip,”“ You mean a selfie?” I said and then cursed under my breath, wondering why I even mentioned anything at all. Emerald’s eyes sparkled with excitement as the realization hit her.“ Hey! You guys used phone when you were at Lygard right?”I just shook my head and she gigg
LunaIt’s been a while since I gave birth, my baby boy is the most happy child I’ve ever seen. If only knew the great pain I endured to have him – he should never know that. For eight months I suffered loneliness, hunger, almost lost my mind without Dracah but this baby was my only source of comfort. He made hold on because he was Dracah’s seed and I knew he deserved to live.Dracah and I named him Konan. He had his father’s black hair and gold eyes that changed with how he was feeling – but he also had Seigen powers too. He could summon his own playmates like little bunnies and puppies to play with him. Although there was that one time he summoned a bear and we had to figure out a way to make him take it back.He was only six months old then. As for my family, my father and I are not exactly on speaking terms. I couldn’t easily forgive him for all he did, even if I saw him crying bitterly for wh
DracahIt’s been roughly eight months since Luna and I were ambushed my our own people. They captured me and kept me locked up in a cell so strong that when when I turn on a full moon I can’t even break out.Someone has however been coming to see me in my darkest moments - Alana. She keeps telling me not to give up, that Luna will soon be found but as much as I was lonely without her I didn’t want her to be murdered by her own people. She told me that an evil spirit has possessed the people and that’s why they are so obsessed with finding a way to kill each other.I wasn’t expecting her visit for the next…three weeks maybe but she suddenly showed up this afternoon.“ Dracah!” she whispered and I listened to her attentively. She usually came in a invisible cloak so no one can see her.“ Yes?” I answered in a low voice.“ There’s something I
DracahWe finally did it. Consummated our marriage and sealed the deal as mates. I watched as Luna slept, poor girl, I did wake her up at night for more and she willingly gave herself to me and me to her.She was by far the most precious thing to me, all I wished for as I watched her sleep was that she can always be so at peace when she sleeps and she will never have reason to sleep with one eye open like I usually do. I slept a great deal thanks to her.Although, I was drained of strength after last night, I noticed something strange after we had sex for the first time. Like, a strange celestial activity, I saw it through the window…it looked like some kind of light lit up the sky but there were patches of the sky that looked rainbow colored.I wanted to see what that was but I fell asleep. So deep that I only just woke up now 11: 59 am. Luna moved in the sheets, exposing her delicate skin. I was going to kiss her lips when Diane barge
LunaI was told that a Lycan wedding is beautiful and simple. That was exactly what my wedding with Dracah was turning out to be. I was sitting in front of a mirror in my room, remembering how I never looked at myself in the mirror because of my sisters. Yet, it was safe to say that there was absolutely no reason for me to have thought of myself as too hideous to look into the mirror.I was dressed in a blue overflowing gown and my hair was styled with flowers of different kinds. I didn’t wear any jewelry, the flowers were to be my accessories. That was all I had on. It was already dark and tonight being the night I and Dracah wed, the moon will not turn us or even our people – even Jake’s pack. How happy they all were when they heard that for once they would not have to turn under the full moon. I stood by the window and stole a glance at Dracah, he was dressed in blue, sleeveless robe and his hair was blown freely by the wind.I
DracahThe next full moon came not soon enough, I honestly thought it would never come. I didn’t go to school like Luna did, since I was two years older than her. I learned something interesting about Sigard and the human world, there is no time difference at all. I wondered why Gaan made it so.For the time being, I had made sure that our borders were protected against Gaan should he think of interrupting my wedding with Luna. I have also come to loathe another kind of being – vampires.I learned from my uncle that they are our sworn enemies – not even Sigard! My pride was hurt that while I was in a rather mythical dimension I never got to experience or at least see a vampire. The fact that even the vampires are just as ancient as wolves or even more ancient was so shocking to me.There was one vampire that I loathed the most, his name was Everest – he and Luna were heading toward me as they came back from school. For
LunaI must’ve not looked convincing enough to Dracah since he was now staring at me as though he thought I was confused about my answer but, with what my father has done to me since I was born down to this moment, it is too clear which side I must choose.“ I have chosen Lygard. I cannot support a selfish and diabolical man and like Alpha Dracah said, he isn’t a saint himself but even he is a better man than that murderer called King Gaan. He murdered half of the people our Alpha, Dracah struggled to bring under his pack for a bigger dream – one bigger than that of his ancestors, for that he must be punished.” I declared and they whispered amongst themselves.“ Then it is settled, she is one of our own now. The wedding may proceed as planned.” Dracah’s father, Remorah said.Dracah stared at his father, completely stunned and surprised. He left soon after with his father
LunaYeah, no that’s not happening.” I said and he looked at Emerald. “ Yes it is, dracah loves Emerald, right Dracah? Show us how you much you love Emerald.” he commanded and Dracah obeyed. He moved closer to Emerald and kissed her deeply. I swear I felt nothing until she started to kiss him back despite me thinking she didn’t want to marry Dracah. When I saw hoe they gummed bodies and lips, I was near the brink of blind rage but I didn’t know why tears fell on my cheeks. Rage goes with a yell, a growl, a roar – not tears! “ it’s enough Dracah.” My father said, while I looked away. “ What did you make me do Gaan?” Dracah suddenly said. I knew that tone, that tone is…very Alpha of him. Sure enough he was glaring at my father and his eyes were blazing red. “ Ah…it seems your mate bond is stronger than my puppete
Luna All that was on my mind after Alpha Jake offered to help me get Dracah back was…well…Dracah. One part of me I suppose was a little too skeptical that he would be alive but somehow my father left the city so unguarded as though he had no fear whatsoever about anyone attacking Sigard. The state that I met Lygard was so pitiful that I found it hard to keep my tears in. NONE OF IT WAS AN ILLUSION, my father really sent someone to kill me, sure a few lies were told here and there but he really had his men ordered to kill me if the need arises. I knew it was dumb for me to literally walk into the trap of such a man unprovoked but what would be even dumber is to let him actually think he is winning. I heard that a wedding was being held I was in awe. Apparently my father wants to wed my sister Emerald and Dracah – who frankly I didn’t need any one to tell me that he’s being mind controlled. How disgusting! “ Father! Enough!” I yelled so ang
DracahI didn’t know how badly betrayal felt until now. I thought Luna would come but it seems she doesn’t care for me as much as I thought. Besides, it’s not like if she comes her father would just let her rescue me.I coughed as I lay on the ground, starved for two days straight. One thing I cannot bear is hunger, the more they try to keep me starved the more my wolf got aggressive.I heard the guards come in but they didn’t come with Alana, they came alone.“ The king is going to marry Alana, she’s accepted his proposal.”I shook my head because I knew the pain was too much for her to endure. I couldn’t blame her for choosing to marry him even if it would mean that he would use her powers for even more evil purposes.“ Now his power will be even more because her powers will be his too.” The guard said.“ Too bad for that poor chap, he probably think
