Ella POV

"Tanya?," I heard her voice echo over the hall. She was calling Alpha Arturo's name with so much intensity.

Currently, I was stuck in a pool of black slime my light wasn't of must help this thing. The slime cover half of my body. It was surprising that they weren't feasting on me yet.

Naturally, I should be struggling for my life but it seems like the slime was to weak and informed to do so.

For the past two hours, I haven't been able to find any form of life. I began to doubt if Frank and Clara were in the building.

Everywhere was dark and creepy like a hell hole full of emptiness. Just as I was reaching an exit, something grabbed and bit my leg.

I screamed from extreme pain as the it increased. I tried to reach out and see what bit me but that went bad for me.

Instead of getting free, I was pulled into the pool of slime. My light was not effective even when I surged more power into my hand.
