I had Frank find a place for me to live while my mansion was under construction. I didn't want to live in any of the houses I owned because they were large and empty.

Plus I wanted to work on the promise I made with Tanya. The house Frank found me was small but classy meeting my standard.

It was a glass house far east close to the forest. I chose the distance to resist visiting Tanya often.
