Chapter 19 plane ride

Stepping onto the plane I can feel my heart sinking into my stomach. You know, over the last five years, there have been an average of 14 fatal accidents for commercial passenger and cargo planes resulting in 345 deaths annually. And yet people still find this to be one of the safest ways to travel. Letting everyone get on and take a seat first I choose the seat beside Creed on the outside away from the window. The last thing I need is to see the plane move and come off the ground. I can feel the vomit wanting to come up as I grip the arms of my seat. 

“ Are you okay?” Creed asked, taking a headphone out of his ear.
