Chapter 822 Secret Investigations

Branden hung up the phone and walked out of the study. He saw Catherine walking out of the bathroom. He stepped forward quickly and dragged her down on the sofa, gently rubbing her hair with the towel he prepared earlier.

"Do you want me to dry your hair now?" asked Branden.

"Yeah." Catherine nodded. Branden soaked the water out of her hair with a soft towel and blew her hair with a hairdryer.

"Was it Paxton on the phone?" Catherine heard him talking on the phone when she was out of the bathroom. She knew Paxton called for further instructions.

"Yeah." Branden did not hide from her. Knowing she cared about Zobber and Withal, he also told her their situation. "Paxton had sent them to Connie's. They seem to be slightly injured."

Injuries were common to them. So, Catherine did not worry about that. More importantly, they had been rescued and sent to Connie's. Connie was professional. She could cure them easily.
