I FOCUSED on Adrina's wounds and I did not like what I was seeing in her. As time went on, my anger built up. Thinking how I was going to retaliate against that stupid woman.

I will not allow it to end this way. I will never allow her to do what she wants with us without us getting back at her. A warrior does not simply bend its knee on someone just like that.

She was the first one to charge at me so she just deserved it. She has no right to take her revenge.

I left the room even before Dana finished applying the herbs to Adrina's wounds. Adrina did not notice that I had left the room because she had her eyes closed and it seemed like she would lose consciousness in a few moments.

"Aliara," Matias called as he followed me. "Where are you going?" he asked curiously when he saw that the road to my room was not the one I was taking.

I stopped and turned to face him blankly. "Why are you following me? Rest in your room as well."
