It felt like the vein in my head would burst from the amount of commotion Clara had caused. The leader of our management team had come over, and more air hosts and hostesses were trying to calm down Clara by bringing her water and asking her to just take a seat so they could see what could be done next.

Nathan had somehow been pushed behind all the commotion. By the look on his face, that’s what he’d prefer anyway.
