14| Warning glare

Dylan stared at his phone screen that rang out again, and he saw Rosie was the one calling him.

He picked up Rosie's call, and she asked him, "Hi babe... I'm calling to know if you have gotten home safely?"

"Yes, I have, Rosie, thank you," Dylan replied as he sighed heavily.

Rosie noticed that Dylan sounded somewhat bored, tired, and unhappy, and she nervously asked him, "What's the matter, Dy?"

Rosie feared that Dylan had gotten to know the truth about her plot against him, and he responded, "Nothing, Rosie. I'm fine. Only that, as I came back home, Jessica's older brother was here, and he was fighting with me, and next, Jessica is in the hospital, but she's fine now."

Dylan didn't want to tell Rosie yet about Jessica being pregnant with his child too.

Rosie replied, "Jessica is pretending to be sick and doing all that so you wouldn't divorce her, Dy. What about your lawyer that you said you wanted to contact when you were leaving my house? Have you finally contacted the lawyer?"

Her husband only cares about weight and size. And calls her fat and ugly and checks out all these other women. He’s the type to always cheat and use anything as an excuse to do so. And make it all his wife’s fault. Even though he treats her so bad.

Really not caring for story much. Jessica has no backbone. She lets this jerk walk all over her. She comes from a very rich influential family and it shows her brothers love her dearly but she lets her husband put her down and make her small. Cheating on her and treating her so bad
