A friend that cares

Olivia walks on the street dejected, she covers her head with a scarf to hide away from people, she can't believe that she made a fool of herself and got into the news with the title of the crazy woman, she can't recall what happened all she just knew is that her eyes opened wide to a lot of crowds, reporters and news media flashing their cameras at her and asking her questions on her pregnancy.

How did she mess up so badly, she has shamed and embarrassed herself in public she can't go back home or else her father will kill her and even if no one knows her as his daughter the news is supposed to have gotten to them but how painful this has affected her life She must have revealed that she was pregnant.

It's night already, she has been hiding from people all evening and she is now walking on the street helplessly, and Kin has not been found, what has Kin done to her? Olivia was sure that Kin can't just leave her in his mess and run away but when she recollect his expression at the news of the pregnancy she doubts if the pregnancy belongs to him.

She walks down the road wondering what to do.

"If I go back home, my father might skin me alive and I hurt Tracy feeling if she finds out that am pregnant for Kin so I can't go to her her house." She thoughts to herself.q

Suddenly her phone rings and she quickly takes it out of her bag.

And suddenly she burst into tears, her phone screen got broken during her encounter with the reporters and this phone was the one she got from her three years' savings and at home she is still having difficulties with her stepfamily for having a phone but it is broken now. She can't see the caller's name but she knows that as long as she does not have her stepmother, stepsisters, and her father's number it will either to Kin or Tracy.

"Baby, where are you? Are you okay? Are you hurt?"

Olivia looks down and sighs, it is Tracy but she was hoping to be Kin at least to know his whereabouts.

She quietly sniffs as Tracy throws more questions.

"Where are you? What happened to you? Why didn't you just call me?"

Disappointed in herself too, she can't help but burst into tears, Tracy was always there and here for her and she choose that bastard over her very good friend, she is disappointed too. "Tracy," she calls and sniffs and also bites her lips to stop crying "Am sorry."

"Where are you?" She sound worried.

"The street...close to yours, I can't go home." Olivia burst into tears

"Of course, I know that you can't, stay there and hide from people as much as you can. I will come over."

"Okay. Thanks"

As Tracy hangs up, Olivia takes a seat beside a tree on the street, she hides her head in between her thighs and waits for her friend to show up.

As she stops running and breathes heavily she looks around and sights her friend sitting under the tree, her sobs can be heard and she looks at her pitifully and knows that she know that she had just caused trouble for herself.

Then she smiles, Olivia is not a bad person she is just innocent, she is new to love and the world around her. Good thing she had a blanket with her the night is cold and Olivia can't survive it, especially with her pregnancy.

She sneaks right behind Olivia and jumps on her with a blanket and laughs seeing her friend surprised face.

Olivia did not see anything funny but seeing her friend at this moment she need someone close to her, she couldn't hold herself and hugged Tracy tightly and break down into fresh tears.

Tracy after patting Olivia for a while, breaks the hug and wipes her into the blanket, she helps her to her feet and they start walking down the street.

"You never told me." Tracy accuses Olivia straight up.

Olivia looks at her friend and seeing that she does not look too mad she brightens up "Am sorry."

"You are always thinking you can do it by yourself and end up with being sorry, you should have told me I am your friend."

"I wanted it to be a surprise, I thought this pregnancy will finally end my suffering and I will start living with Kin but_" She refuses to complete her statement and cries.

"So what happened?" Tracy asks as they get to the entrance of the street where her house is located.

It is quite dark and there are not much of people in the street so it is safe, and her house is the fourth house by the left so it will be quick before a tone see them. Tracy hugs Olivia to herself gently patting her as a way of consoling her.

"I can't tell but I think I did a mistake and claim that another man owns my child, the news was crazy about it."

Tracy laughs at Olivia wondering why she is talking gently when the harm she has caused by claiming that one of the Weitheimers owns her child, Tracy wonders if Olivia will be able to handle the result of the false accusations nevertheless she knows that her friend is innocent so why won't she not support her.

"Did you watch it online too?"

"No, I watch it on TV while watching the celebrities'showss and gossip."

Olivia suddenly gasp "Is that man a celebrity? Is that why the reporters are much?"

"Don't think about it much, we are home already."

Tracy rushes ahead and opens press the doorbell while Olivia stays behind wondering if she can carry herself into the house.

The door opens and Tracy's seventeen years old brother pops his head out and smiles immediately after y he sees Olivia, Kelvin has a good relationship with Olivia and they are much like close friends too, Kelvin works in a bar, as in a luxurious bar, and at a time he once helped Olivia with a job there too. He got the job through his friend and gets paid better than anyone of the three, Olivia and Tracy.

He also watched the news and looked at Olivia, the strong girl has gone weak overnight, she has never looked rejected like this before, he walks to her and hugs her tight consoling her.

"Hang in there, you have to raise your feet back okay."

Olivia playfully pushes him off "What are you doing? I'm fine now that am here."

"Kin is to be blamed right, let us blame him if he never ran away this won't have happened. " Tracy shouts and puts her hand forward

"Yes, let us blame Kin." Kelvin also shouts and places his hand on Tracy's hand.

Olivia laughs and places her hand too "Let us blame Kin."

But can she?

They cheer happily as they celebrate blaming Kin, Olivia is finally happy that these two can stand by her as she faces the difficulties of her actions. But she has to look for Kin and confront him for leaving her at the hospital.

Kelvin had some friends over for the game night so he left for the game which is having in the living room, Olivia and Tracy take the stairs to Tracy's room and they chat happily, Olivia's mind is still finding Kin later because he has made her confused now.

Tracy provides her with some clothes and a towel and she immediately goes to take her bath and takes her clothes to do the laundry too, Olivia wonders if she can get used to staying at Tracy's house with her pregnancy, it just makes her more worried because it wasn't her plan from the beginning.

Immediately she was done, she sat in front of the mirror to address her hair, Olivia indeed has this unique hair color, she has gold straight hair and it is long to her buttocks, most people had talked her into being a model but she hardly thinks of it that much. To her, she just wants a happy life with her love life and an amazing future.

"Are you done?" Tracy asks appearing with a plate in her hand.

Olivia smiles.

"There is the girl I use to know."

Olivia smiles even more.

"Eat up and stay healthy, don't think about anything okay?" Tracy says placing the food at Olivia's front on the mirror table.

"Dad will be worried by now, if he searches all around for me and did not find me he will come to you."

Tracy waves into the air and walks to the refrigerator, taking out two cans from it and placing one on the table. "That man is useless in your life even though he is your father, think of yourself first okay?"

Olivia nods.

"Did you see any news on Kin?"

"Nope. Am telling you that man ran away from the pregnancy so he is not kidnapped as you are thinking."

"Am afraid I might be a burden to you."

"This house is given to us by your mom then so don't worry much, it is like yours too. Don't worry I will hack into his social media accounts and report to you," Tracy frowns. "I believe the fastest way to track him is social media."

"You are an example of to get the importance of a hacker friend."

But she still has to look for Kin and be sure, she does not want to jump to the conclusion and misjudge his actions, even if relief something keeps telling her that she might have done something trouble, something is coming for her and she can feel it.
