"You did what?!" Aimee shouts, her blue eyes wide like saucers as she shoves popcorn in her mouth and chews excitedly like you do when you're watching a fascinating part in a film. "Tell me again...tell me again. I need to hear this word for word...slowly."
I sigh with a smile shaking my head as I pull my hair up in a messy bun. After I got home, I told the girls about my exchange with the witch. "I am not explaining it all over again. I basically put her in her place and told her if she keeps pissing me off, I'll steal Cole back from her just out of spite."

The following day I was sitting in my office going over the contract before Blake arrived to pick me up for our lunch.
