Chapter 128: Went Missing

Lydia POV:

Cassie didn't come back. It had been two days that I waited for her to return and take her stuff from the apartment but she never showed up. Did she abandon her luggage deliberately or did something wrong happen? I didn't know how to judge this situation because I never assumed that this would happen. I kept thinking that Cassie was probably going to come home again and take her luggage someday or maybe she just abandon it and buy new stuff later for herself.

Regardless, I couldn't deny the uneasiness inside my heart. She said that she didn't want to lose contact with me. I tried calling her phone so many times but my calls never got through. Something must go wrong then and I knew I shouldn't just stay quiet about it. She might be in danger now and if that is the case, I should act fast to save her, right?

Cassie had reminded me before that if I suddenly couldn't contact her, I should call Leonardo De Luca for help. But then, she went missing after meeting that man. What
