Alex did not know what to do.

"But wait a minute, I thought he was back at his parent's house, why can't he call anyone to help him instead of me?" She wondered, "or is he really hopeless?"

She was so confused about what to do. She loves her husband and would not want to do anything that will hurt him. Josh would not find it funny to hear she went over to Jerry's place.

She dropped her phone and sat on the bed thinking. Her right hand came in contact with a paper and she picked it up. It was a note from Josh.

"I am sorry, darling, for leaving you so early but something came up and it needs my attention right away. I will see you later in the morning. Bye, love."

She dropped the paper and stood up, "what if I go see Jerry since Josh is not around? He would not hear anything unless I told him." She picked up her phone, "just hold on, I will be right there." She quickly typed the message and sent it to Jerry and then rushed into the bathroom to take her bath.
