It was time for Josh to show his wife what he meant earlier since she misunderstood his words. Maybe she would understand actions.

Josh bent down and captured her lips, Alex did not hold back and opened up wholly to accept him.

It was not her first kiss though because she had had several kisses with Luke but that was all, she never allowed him to go further, maybe because her soul had seen that Luke was not for the keep so she had rejected Luke.

Her first boyfriend was Luke and she is glad that after so much temptation to get down with him she never did, after her break up with him, she thought maybe it was one of the reasons he had broken up with her with no second thought.

There was no need to dwell in the past because Luke is her past and Josh is her future and Josh is the only one worthy of thinking about.

She pushed every thought of Luke at the back of her mind and locked it then threw the key away. His thoughts will never surface in her mind again.
