Secret Revealing

With a shaking hand, Alex picked up the paper and saw something else. It was a photo. She ignored it and looked up at Ander and Josh to see their expressions. It was neutral, the look of surprise on their faces had disappeared without a trace.

"Alex, show us the content in the letter, whatever is written in it will help," Josh said and held her hand to show her that he was right beside her, it was all she needed at the moment, his nearness.

She nodded and unfold the paper. She creased her brows when she found out that the notes were written on code and she kind of didn't understand it. Josh thought that whatever was written in the paper must be of great importance for it to be written in code.

"Can you decode it?" He questioned Alex who continued to stare at the paper.

"No, I can't but I think Ander can because Dad taught him how to read codes," she replied.

"I do?" Ander asked, he was shocked. He couldn't remember if he had ever been taught how to read codes before.
