Chapter 661

Abigail did not want to think about why she was having those terrifying and uncontrollable thoughts, so she ignored them and just sat down.

"We'll enjoy our dinner while admiring the beautiful sunset," Xander said as he poured two glasses of wine, one for Abigail and one for himself.

Abigail reached out and was about to take away his glass, "Dr. Watson already told you that you need to take good care of your health, so you can't drink alcohol."

Xander gently pressed down on the glass, not letting her take it away, "It's not fun to drink alone. Don't worry, I'll just accompany you and drink less, so it won't be a problem."

The red wine had a low alcohol content, so having a few sips was indeed not a big issue. Since Xander insisted on drinking, Abigail did not stop him any further. To ease the tension and awkwardness, Abigail raised her glass and finished it in one gulp before they started eating.
