Khlea's Point of View

Allison's fight with the man was quick. When she knocked it down, she quickly got out of me to untie me.

"Who are you with? Where is The8?" I asked her.

"I was with her, but we split up earlier so that we could find you faster. Are you hurt?" She just finished removing the ties from my hands and feet. When she looked at me, I could clearly see how she frowned. She touched my bruised cheek and I barely got away from her. "Who did that to you?"

"I don't know but that's not the guy." She pointed to the unconscious man lying on the floor.

"Teach me. I will make her feel more than that." Allison's voice was cold. No trace of joking.

I didn't say anything more and we walked out of the hallway. We stopped for a moment when we felt someone running near where we were.

"Allison? Khlea?" It turned out to be The8. It dodged the gun pointed at us. "It's good that you're okay. Let's get out of here."

Allison and I nodded and started walking but we ran into some men. Allison qu

The last time I remembered I left it on top of my bed," she asked then turned to me."Yes." I approached the sofa where I placed my bag that I brought earlier. "Here's your phone." I gave it to her."Oh, it's good that you put it away.""I saw it right away on your bed and took it. It's good that Mr. Tuazon's staff didn't t

I wouldn't have recovered if I hadn't accepted his offer to have me treated by specialists. I assumed that since I miss my daughter, seeing her would be normal for me. I assumed that it was typical for me to miss her so much that all I wanted to do was stay in her room. I was unaware that it was a symptom of extreme melancholy, anxiety, and depression.Until now, I still struggle to accept the death of my first child. And due of the trauma of what happened, I'm not sure if I'll be able to have children. I'

Khlea's Point of ViewI'm on my way home and on the road. I was still smiling when I looked at my gift that was placed in a paper bag when suddenly I heard a loud thump in the back of my car. I stopped the car and got out."Oh, my God! What happened?" I asked.A man also got out of the car behind my car. There is a trace of confusion on his face. "Miss, I'm sorry. I lost control of my brakes." The man immediately approached and we both looked at our cars that were next to each other.I turned to him. "Is your car going fast? The impact on my car was severe." Because my car got too much. "How are you? Aren't you hurt?" I asked the man.He shook his head. "No, Miss. I'm really sorry. I'll just have your car fixed.""No. It's okay. Allison's Point of View"Did you and Khlea fight again? It looks like she's on a bad trip and not in the mood," Seven said as they both ate. I only fed them dinner because I also lost my appetite.I thought that Khlea would be okay when she came down and we could eat together with her, but it turned out not to be the case. I even cooked her favorite food but she won't eat it. I took a deep breath and just shrugged my shoulders. As much as possible, we do not want to let our friends know about the argument that happened between Khlea and me."Why do you two seem to fight so often? Are you still happy?" The8 asked, causing me to look at him badly. He raised his hand while holding the cutlery. "Chill, Allison. I'm just asking." He took a bite of food. "It's delicious, isn't it?"I just didn't pay attention to him because I felt that my patience would run out. I stand. "Excuse me.""Where are you going? Why haven't you come with us yet?" Nishane's Point Of View Clifford seemed to be ignoring me, so regardless of how I made an effort to probe him, he would not respond. An altercation occurs at the conclusion of everything. His perfection takes precedence over our conversations about things that we do not understand. He always warns me not to accompany him since he is worn out. He claimed he knew a lot about the business and couldn't handle my problem. I can leave the mansion, he added, if I can't wait for the time when he is free. These are the main changes in Clifford that I have seen. I endure everything because I still adore him despite everything. Actually, I also don't want to engage in combat. But I must admit that I am worn out. Khea's Point of ViewAllison and I were silent as we made our way to Candy's house. After she hugged me, I didn't talk to her anymore and she did the same to me. Every now and then I feel her turning to me while she is driving. I just focused my eyes outside the window. Even with the pain in my neck, I couldn't look back at her.I heard Allison call my name so I slowly looked at her. I had no emotion when I looked at her. "Why?" I asked her, slightly surprised."Are you still mad at me?" Her voice now is soft and weak. Before answering, I took a deep breath. I'm still not okay and I'm still really annoyed with her and the other friends. I feel so invalidated because of what they said even though I'm not doing anything wrong. I don't think I deserve this kind of judgment from them."We'll talk about that later because I'm not in the mood yet," I answered and looked back out the window."Why don't we talk about whatever the problem is while we're still in the car, Khlea?" she asked me a

CHAPTER 165—Limitation and Boundaries Khlea’s Point of ViewLUNA was carrying two bottles of ladies drink while walking near where I was. When she got close, she reached for one of mine. She sat next to me. We are now on the roof top and can freely look at the vast sky full of stars. The wind that hits our skin is also cold so it is inevitable that I feel cold."Are you cold?"I nodded. “Yes. Why did we go here?""It's better that we're here. I also miss star gazing," she said as she looked at the bottle she was holding. That is also what I did. I also looked at the sky then took a deep breath. I have to admit that I feel better because earlier, I was stressed with Allison. I just tried to accept our answer in my mind. It's up to me if it makes me angry. I'll just talk about it tomorrow when I get home and we meet at headquarters."So what did your friend say? Has it calmed down?” Luna asked when she looked back at me.I shook my head. "Not yet. CHAPTER 165—Her Real FeelingsNishane’s Point of View"WHAT do you think Olive wants to happen? I feel that she is just making a way to get her Clifford's. I mean, yes. Maybe she really likes Clifford, but I hope she doesn't feel sorry for you. You and Clifford no longer have a relationship. It's been a long time since you two broke up, so if she wants a man who was connected to you then, don't feel sorry for yourself," said Mirae.I told her about what Clifford said this morning. "For me, she is a very frustrated woman. Didn't she think she was beautiful? Rich. Many people will like her. Why does she still want Clifford, right?" Because I'm annoyed. Why Clifford?"Hey!" Mirae called me so I looked at her. "Why do you say that you don't want Clifford to be with her?""Huh? That's not what I meant. I'm not saying anything like that. My only point is, with so many men in the world, why Clifford?""There's nothing we can do if Clifford really wants it, okay? Just you, let her. My point

CHAPTER 164—Talk to him againNishane's Point of ViewI could NOT sleep at night because Clifford was still gone. He left a while ago and left The8 sleeping in the guest room. I shouldn't have waited for him but I was worried so I waited for him to come back to my house. Their luggage is still here. He said he was going to talk to someone but still nothing until I fell asleep for a while. It was four o'clock in the morning when I heard the knock so I got up and went to the door to open it. I immediately smelled the alcohol so I had the idea that Clifford had been drinking. I closed my eyes for a while to condition myself.I rubbed my eyes. The light was off in the entire living room but because of the small lampshade with a light bulb, that was the only light that provided light to the four corners of the house. I can see the bulk of Clifford's body."Have you eaten? I guess you've been drinking?""Yeah. I'm sorry if I disturbed you. Because I remembered, The8 and I's stuff is here. I

  • Abducted and Sold To A Mafia Boss   CHAPTER 163—Press Conference

CHAPTER 163—Press Conference Nishane's Point of ViewMY heart was filled with anger because the fake news created by Olive spread immediately. I didn't think that her attitude was so bad that she could ruin my business just because she was jealous of me. I can't accept that the business that we worked hard for as friends was just ruined because of her story.I clenched my palms as I looked at the CCTV footage where it was obvious how the drinks ordered by the customers were being made throughout the day. We have experienced CCTV, police and reporters in front of us because we need to clear the name of my business. I was so angry that I had the police pick up Olive from the shop. I thought I was going to have a heart attack because I felt my neck thicken with anger."As you can see in the full video from the CCTV footage, around 8:15 to 9 o'clock at night it is obvious how the drinks are made. CHAPTER 162—Forgetting Something AgainKhlea's Point of ViewAT FIRST I was very surprised but when I saw Luna's sweet lips that seemed to be teasing me, I felt so sleepy that my eyelids closed on their own.I don't know about such things but my lips spontaneously responded to her kiss. Luna's way of kissing was intoxicating. Slowly and seemingly savoring every moment our lips touch. Luna moved and moved closer to me. I didn't object but I responded to her kiss.Luna's lips moved away from mine so I opened my eyes. Our bodies are still touching today. Luna looked at my face again and brought her lips to my forehead. It was as if a warm palm caressed my heart because of what she did. I closed my eyes. My hands are clinging to her arms."Thank you for coming with me," she said, then hugged me.I'm not sure if the heartbeat I feel and hear is mine. It's like the strength of that.I just smiled at her as she walked away from me. "You're always welcome, Miss Luna," I said. "It's just work

She didn't say where so I really have no idea.“A bit. You don't want to tell me where we're going." She just smiled at me so I just let her. Our travel time was a few minutes before we got out of the car.I WAS amazed as my eyes looked at the entirety of the yacht that Luna and I climbed on. Luna held my hand because I was a little dizzy from the waves of the sea. There are acquaintances congratulating her. I don't know any of them. Nothing familiar to me.But in the way they dress, complexions will show the luxury of life. There were also male guests who were also talking to Luna and focused their attention on me.I just smiled and tried to hide the nervousness I felt.
