Eloise's POV

Lance told me everything that was happening and I promised to help him and my friend in every way I can. Olivia had been a good friend of mine since childhood. Even when I lost my parent at a young age, she was there as a good friend.

What about when my stupid mate rejected me, his fated mate for a chosen mate and I was heartbroken? She was also there for me.

Sometimes I wished I had persuaded her not to go to war that day maybe all this would not have happened. She had just brought little Adrian to life and handed him over to me that she will be back once we had conquered. She picked her war crafts and left the room despite me persuading her not to go.

"Good morning, Livia. How are you feeling?" I had drawn out a chair now and sat down opposite her.

"Good morning. I am fine. How about you? You must have been tired after the stress from the party." She replied me.

"Well I was but I am okay now. Would you mind going for a ride around town?" I asked
