“Put yourself together Alpha, your enemies are watching… this is not the time to breakdown” his beta and best friend whispered quietly and firmly in his ear.

He smiled sadly at him, they both alighted from the car together, they had taken the same car when they left for the search this morning.

His walls were breaking so badly and he needed his beta to keep him strong, for how long would he go without his sweet tempting fire?.

As expected, people had gathered on the last floor, everyone had a questioning look on their face. It has become a normal rite since the very first day of Tahlia’s search.

He walked purposefully with a strong stride and straight face toward them, he couldn’t show any weakness now.

Must act as an Alpha always, his mother and sister were there too. All his guards except for a few who were inside the mansion working, were also there.
