CHAPTER 24 - Party in the castle

QUINCY

“You cannot wear that… that annoying-looking coat, take one from the closet…, that’s why they gave us clothes … see, the wardrobe is filled with them, you fool!” Quincy shouted at her mate, who in turn glared and looked at her from head to toe in irritation and flung the coat at her with more force than necessary.

He slumped on the bed and looked angrily at Quincy, he was fuming badly but he had no choice but to do her bidding all because of his love for her, “this plan is quack and it would get us in trouble … I promise you that”

Quincy laughed hysterically at his comment but didn’t say anything more, she stood in front of the mirror and kept painting her face with the expensive makeup that was given to her, she chased all the maids away, telling them she could do her makeup by herself.

In actual fact she had come with some love portions and was applying them to her face even as she used the makeup, she didn’t want anyone to know about that part of the plan, including her mat
