"But, I'm not taking you," Samuel says with no emotion on his face. His eyes are dull and his face is darkened.

"May I know why?" I ask.

"Because you are compromising. You don't want to go there willingly. You just agreed to go there because of me. So that I don't feel bad. But don't worry, I can understand your situation.
