"Wh...wh..what do you mean?" Rebal stuttered from where she stood, fully alert.

"Leviathan!" Alex called at the Hyena that charged at him. It didn't budge and he was getting skeptical.

"My Lord, in the name of Hermes kill this animal!" Rebal cried, the dust choking her. "Please, just kill the Hyena, or let me do it."

The Hyena let out a shaky whimper before falling to the ground, limpid. But when he went closer, he could see its body moving with shallow breaths. He touched it and felt it shudder under his touch. When it would finally talk, it was in a low voice.

"Alichino." It called out in a hoarse voice.

"Yes?"

"W... wait, what did he just call you?" Rebal had showed up behind him.

"I can't stay too long here. I tried to find a host I could possess so as to tell you where to find the book."

"The book!" Alex said, face hopeful. "Where is it?"

"Sathanas will...will look for it." He was sounding out of breath.

"He's here?"

"Y...y...yes. I can't stay long. This host is too weak." He sai
