Chapter 21: No, please don't hurt me

"You're bringing fucking disgrace to this family!" my father, alpha Logan shouted infuriated at me.

My eyes widen frighteningly; seeing he was here. As I squeeze my right cheek, hard from the terrible, burning pain; his slap across my face gave me, while I cry.

"Cover your body," he curses me angrily as he quickly removes the sheet from the floor and threw it into my face.

I close my eyes; while my body jumped scared as he did and quickly open them, taking the sheet from out of my face and hurriedly conceal my nakedness. I then lower my head, staring at the floor as I stood still in front of my father. I could not believe what had just happened. I could not believe that he hit me. Slowly I ran my right hand across my burning cheek as I began to remember Phyllis once doing the same to me, hurting me. I did not expect my father to start doing the same. I understand that he was angry at me for leaving home, begging Christian to take me back, but still, I did not ex
