Chapter 5

Later that evening, everywhere was quiet and calm. Some of the Alpha's  who were affected by Andrea chaos were busy fixing up their things.

Anna, still locked in the room where she stayed, tied like a prisoner who was about to be prosecuted. Matt decided to pay her a visit. Although it was against the rules of The pack, that one person should not be allowed to visit a prisoner

"What are you doing here?" Anna asked

"I have come to ask you a question" Matt replied

"I told you everything I know. I don't know what it is you all are talking about now" Anna said

"I have few questions to ask you, and I need you to give me an honest answer" Matt said

"Okay, am listening" Anna said

"We saw you at Mr Hathaway mall the other day, what were you doing there? Matt asked

"What are you doing here all alone? Raina interrupted"

"Are you insane Raina?" Matt asked her

"I noticed throughout today how you have been avoiding me and insulting me all because of this thing here." Raina said

"There are some things you need to be quiet about, get out of here." Matt commanded

"I will report this to your father, you know the punishment for trespassing into a prisoner room alone" Raina threatened

"He is my father, maybe you all haven't realized that I am not scared of him, so you can go tell it to his face for all I care, but one thing is for sure, the blood of an Innocent girl won't be In our hands. Remember, it is a sacrilege" Matt concluded

"She is not innocent Matt, she is evil" Raina said

"And you are worst than her" Matt interrupted

"Argh..." Raina Roared

She was pissed off about the whole thing. Some may guess that she had something for Matt. Others may not just see it

"That girl is in love with you." Anna said

"Start talking before I plug your teeths out" Matt threatened

"I work at the mall, Mr Hathaway's mall." Anna replied

"Are you related to him?" Matt asked

"What? No, no. I am not, I am just a random stranger, who resided in Alaska, came down to work and earned a living that's all. I have no idea what any of you us talking about" Anna concluded

"And your mother?" Matt asked

"I don't have a mother." Anna roared

Matt attacked her immediately, threatening her, with his long Sharp finger, facing straight into her eyeball.

"That's enough Son" Doyen interrupted

"She yelled at me" Matt added

"I am so sorry, please don't hurt me, please" Anna cried out.

Matt angrily left the room, he got to a quiet  to stay, a place where he could think, without anyone interruption

"Son?" His mother called

"Mum, I want to be alone. Is that too much to ask for? Matt asked

"I have told you to work on your aggressiveness, but you don't listen to me, now you have gotten her scared" his mother added

"She was being ignorant mom, she should tell the truth, ever since she got into our city this whole town has been living in fear, knowing fully well that If Andrea get to her first we are done for" Matt said

"Maybe this is the wrong Anna" his mother said

"Are you kidding me right now mum?" Matt asked

"Look son, I am a mother, I can tell when someone is telling the truth, if she said she doesn't have a mother, then I believe her, besides maybe your father hasn't told you, but Bella, Anna's mother, is someone who can leave her children for someone else. She is not a mother, but a monster" matt mother concluded

"You know her?" Matt asked

"It's a long story" his mother added

"Does dad know her too?" Matt asked

"You know what? I will convince your father to tell you the Story, although it's been a really long time and he may not remember all the details, but then again, I will help him okay?" His mother said

"I think that story will help us get to know Anna better, and who we are dealing with" Matt insinuated

Still in Anna's room, everyone was busy staring at her, including Doyen. Matt and his mother walked inside. 

"You are back" Raina exclaimed

"Shut the hell up Raina," Jerry ordered 

"You are not in any position to tell me what to do Jerry" Raina slammed at him

"You lack respect, you know. Alex intervened"

"And you?.....

"That's enough! Matt roared. Raina one more word from you and I promise, you are going to remain in the dungeon overnight"

"You won't dare" Raina threatened

Matt moves closer to her, as she leaned backward. 

"Don't dare me." He said

They both kept staring at each other for long until Doyen interrupted

"Alex?" Doyen called

"Yes sir" Alex answered

"Get me Venus, immediately" Doyen commanded

Alex left to get Venus leaving the rest of them in the room with Anna

"Jerry?" Doyen called again

"Yes sir" Jerry answered

"Untie her" Doyen commanded

"What?" Raina said shockingly

Alex came back with Venus, he tried to understand what  was going on, he saw both Doyen and everyone sitting down comfortably.

"Sir, you sent for me" Venus said

"Yes, close the gate properly, make sure everyone in the pack are in their various houses, and you and the rest of the guard can go rest for today" doyen said

"Yes Sir" Venus said. Leaving the room

"What is going on? " Anna asked

"Well Anna, I am about to tell your everything you need to know, Maybe it will help you remember some things" doyen said

"But I didn't forget anything" Anna said

"Then you ain't telling us the truth," Matt added

"Do you know my mother? I heard you call her name earlier" Anna asked"

Bella?" Matt mother said

"Is that her name? Do you have a picture of her?" Anna in her head

She had no idea that every wolf could communicate with their thoughts. Doyen was the only one that could hear what she was thinking

"You clearly Don't know anything about your parents do you?" Doyen asked

"I can swear with my life that I don't. I will be delighted if you tell me what happened to them" Anna said

"Alright, I will. But we don't have her picture and yes. Bella is her name, she used to be a Lycanthrope" doyen added
