"Why are you so into finding out about the Alpha of the midnight pack?" Adele asked me while we both painted.

I looked at Adele. 'It's hard to explain, Adele," I replied, my voice filled with a sense of wonder. "There's just this magnetic pull, this inexplicable connection I feel towards him. It's like an unbreakable thread tying me to them, pulling me deeper into his world."

"Is he by chance your new love interest?" She asked but i wiggled my head instantly.

I chuckled softly as the thought crossed my mind, my paintbrush still in hand, as I dismissed Adele's assumption. "No, no, it's not about romance at all. It's something deeper, something that resonates with me on a soul level."

Adele furrowed her brow, clearly intrigued by my response. "So, what is it then? What makes this Alpha so captivating to you?"

I paused, thinking of a way to explain. "I had met him during the Alpha ball and he seemed to know enough about me, something just seemed skeptical about him!" I explained
