CHAPTER 73

EDEN POV

As I stumble into the woods, panic grips my heart. Every Step I took felt heavy and uncertain, the silence of the woods was shattered by the sound of rustling leaves.

Suddenly, I hear a low growl, chilling bones. I turned around only to catch a glimpse of glowing eyes peering at me through the darkness.

I start running, my heart pounding in my chest. But the woods seem to stretch endlessly, with no clear path to safety. The trees close in around me, their branches clawing at my skin as I desperately try to outrun my pursuer.

I glanced over my shoulder and caught sight of a shadow closing in on me, the presence was skeptical but he seemed to have the hunger in his eyes for my demise.
