“Of all the responsible you three could have done this is by far the stupidest, what where you think coming after me what if they had locked you up” Queen Ella said as she paced back and forth in the throne room

Adrian, Serena and Stephen were at the bottom of the throne with their heads bowed, “we really weren’t thinking” Serena answered, “we just couldn’t let you go there without any proof” Stephen added.

“I had it handled, Adrian I expected this behavior from the two of them but not you” Queen Ella scolded.

"We apologize Queen Ella but Stephen is right, with the evidence we provided they would have not investigated Elena,”

“don’t try to manipulate your way out of this, you were wrong and shouldn’t have come” Queen Ella said as her gaze moved from Adrian to Stephen to Serena, “but you are right, it was good thinking but you guys should not go behind my back again, do I make myself clear”.
