"Don't you watch where you're going? How dare you?" She spat angrily while I rubbed my bruised cheeks that has been brutalized. She was the one who hit me and she was the one who was also yelling at the same time.

"If you had let me apologize then—"

"Are you still talking right back at me?" She cut me short. "You stepped on me you idiot. I should hit you again but I would just try my best not to. Now get out!" She yelled at me. I looked around to find everyone staring at me, everyone including Davion. When our eyes met, he looked from me back to the reporter who had hit me before walking away.

I felt hurt that he had abandoned me in such manner. I mean, I know that I asked him to stay away from me but I was his employee. Shouldn't he step up to help me? Isn't that what bosses do for their workers? He was just so annoying on a whole lot of levels.

"You might be Davion's employee but that doesn't give you the right to act more than your status. Filthy peasant." She glared at me
