Chapter 74: Suspicion

Hades's POV-

The whole weekend was blissful. To be honest I had not expected her to say yes so easily. I had assumed that even after everything I will have to try and pursue her more, but to my utmost delight, she not only agreed to be my girlfriend but also said she loved me. After our little confession, we made our way back to the house, I had arranged for dinner and throughout that time I could see how happy she was. This was the first time since I've known her that she seemed so relaxed and carefree. Usually, I could sense some kind of sadness and pain in those pretty eyes. I'm still curious to date and want to know the reason but I can be patient now, knowing that she's already mine. We have a lot of time to know each other's past and secrets.
