Cassandra stayed in a car close by waiting for the car Nuella was inside to catch in flames. She had sent her people to plant a mini device that would lead to the car crashing and going in flames. This will enable Nuella to die or have severe injuries.

Right in front of her eyes the car from miles away driving at full speed caught in flames.

In the early hours of the morning she had used a burner phone to call Nuella which she picked.
