Chapter 117: Second Court Hearing

On the second day of the court hearing, a palpable tension filled the air as everyone gathered at the courthouse. The courtroom was noticeably more crowded than the previous day, with a sense of anticipation hanging over the proceedings.

Oliver, who had been through a tumultuous journey in recent times, stood alongside his family, who had come to support him during Nuella’s court hearing; he was glad that during this period of her being in prison they were able to hide everything from Alicia. Nuella was able to talk to Alicia everyday since she was provided with a cell phone while in jail.
