This trip has been the strangest situation I've faced. We walked for the last two hours in complete silence. Not that I wanted to hear Aaron's voice. But it was really uncomfortable. Not to mention, Rhea was in complete bliss, walking side by side with our partner, constantly praising Cronnos.

Piermont was a three-hour drive, leaving us with at least another half-hour of walking. Rhea mumbled for me to talk to him, and I decided to break the silence. "I still don't understand why we have to walk to Piermont and catch a train when we could just transform and run straight to Buckland. That would take us less time."

Aaron kept walking, maintaining his ever-stoic expression. "No need to waste energy running around in our wolf forms," he said in his monotone voice. "Piermont is just a kilometer away. Once we get there, we’ll catch the train to Buckland." "That’s ridiculous," I scoffed, crossing my arms.
