Xander's POV…

“She's so beautiful” Griff interrupted Xander.

He stood on the balcony, his eyes focused down on Helena and he was fighting the urge to bridge the distance between them.

She was dressed in a long, nude coloured, off the shoulder, glitter dress that stood out against the bolder flesh revealing outfits worn by the other women who. So subtle and elegant, he thought to himself with pride beaming out of him.

"Keep looking and I'll gouge your eyes out", he warned Griff.

Normally he would be joking but this time he really meant it. Her body was for his eyes only.

"Why are you getting so hostile? I thought you said she wasn't the one", confronted Griff.

“It’s not her”, he insisted. He needed more time and once his embarrassing situation was resolved, he was going to announce it.

“Are you sure?” asked Griff with a wide grin on his face.

“Why are you still on about it? Didn’t I make myself clear? ” his words now had anger in them.
