All eyes turned to October. She shook her head.

"I just want to go home." October could hardly get the words out.

Onyx gave a nod. "Then I will bring you home. I can even erase your memoirs if you want. I know what is happening to you, you don't deserve any of it."

October nodded, wiping her nose with the back of her hand.

"He is lying to you!" Alistair yelled out.

October turned sad eyes on him. "You lie to me everyday Alistair. Ever since I got here, you said that you will never hurt me, that you would change, but you didn't. I don't want to stay here with you, your family, or your servants. All they do is lie, especially Grace. She does everything she can to hurt me, but you turn a blind eye to that. I don't know if you know this, but she threatens to kill me because she is in love with you."
