Chapter 6- Arya

In the day there are thoughts, in the night there are dreams. 

Arya Du Vin seriously summed up the matter.

It must be because she felt very apologetic for slandering Dr.Jack Daniels, so she had such a dream. But why was it that after waking up, she had pondered over it?

"You chose this time of the day to apologize?" Jack's voice became louder.

Our matters must be separated and cannot be confused. Whatever you have done you will get the same as retribution. You don't have to make yourself unhappy when you see me because I also don't feel happy seeing you. "Arya Du Vin....... Jack seems to be wide awake at this time and his voice sounded surprised and angry. "You really don't have money to see a doctor, do you? You can come early tomorrow morning. Jack Daniel immediately called back.

The ringing tone made Arya's heart jump.

She ended the call but he dialed again.

She shut off her phone and slipped it under her pillow.

But three years ago, something happened.

Her good friend Cindy was accused by her best girlfriend Lina of two-timing on her boyfriend and Lina had orchestrated a good show of catching Sophie red-handed in public.

For this reason, Cindy was spurned and rejected by her friends.

She was then tragically dumped by her boyfriend, for her betrayal.

In a small place, for a girl to betray her partner was

considered serious and Cindy was also caught red-handed on the spot in public.

Arya was a best friend of Cindy. So Lina who was also Cindy's best friend was also considered a best friend of Arya.

Those people who rejected Cindy were also her friends.

When that incident happened, Arya was also present and so she had witnessed everything.

Cindy had said she did not betray her boyfriend and was misunderstood.

But no one believed her.

In her heart, Arya had believed her but at that time, under those circumstances, she did not stand up nor spoke up for her good friend instead she had kept quiet and did not speak ä word.

She did not dare.

She was afraid of being isolated and rejected.

In that small place, the circle of friends was indeed big.

At that time, she had hesitated and later she regretted it.

She had stood on the side of that group of so-called righteous friends and in the end, she lost her good friend Cindy. Finally, Cindy left hometown, left this group of people and went to this city.

This thorn is lodged deep in Arya's heart. 

She felt Cindy was forced to leave and she was an accomplice.

This thorn was stuck painfully inside her and pricked into her conscience which was difficult to get rid of.

One fine day, she could not stand the pain any longer and faced up to her past misdeed.

She told everyone she believed Cindy was not this type of person and she said there must be a misunderstanding regarding this matter.

If this incident was really misunderstood, then it would mean that Lina and Cindy's ex were the culprits.

Certainly, Lina would not allow anyone to express their opinion on this matter.

As victims, Lina and Cindy's ex had received sympathy and support from everyone.

Therefore Arya who had stood up alone to voice her objection was expelled from the circle of friends.

The result of this expulsion was that all her actions and everything she did was discussed by these people....... She had grown fatter, she was wearing old clothes, she did not work well, she could not find a boyfriend..........

Human speech is like a poisonous tongue. Arya was bitten all over with bruises so she fled like Cindy to the same place that Cindy went......which was this city.

She and Cindy finally resolved their misunderstandings and became good friends again.

But the grudges at her home did not dissolve with her escape. She tried her best to carefully keep her personal information hidden.

She did not want to think of what other people were saying regarding her job, her position, the money she earned or the friends she made.

Having an occupation like selling insurance, in a small place like her hometown, is not something glorious.

When she came to the city, her job-hunting did not go well.

She was forced to swallow back the words 'selling insurance and instead told them she was working in a trading company.

Then her parents displayed satisfied expressions and her relatives did not have any flaws they could pick on her nor gossip about her.

From the group of friends who had parted ways with her, she did not hear any gossips,

At that time, Arya breathed a sigh of relief.

But a lie can only be covered up with more lies and therefore,

Arya seldom return home and rarely contacted her family.

In fact, Arya is very satisfied with her job and her time is flexible.

She has the freedom to do what she likes and up to a certain extent, she is also able to help others. She is able to earn money and leads a comfortable life.

This made her satisfied. She was not only selling insurance, but she was also really trying to serve her clients.

This day, one of her clients was admitted into the hospital due to a car accident.

A call was made to her and Arya rushed to the hospital. She went to ask for details of the accident and was prepared to help her client make insurance claims.

Unfortunately, Dr. Jack Daniels works in that hospital and unfortunately, he was also the doctor-in-charge for the ward that her client was staying in.

"Arya Du Vin, you still dare to come here."

Arya frowned and put down the hot water flask.

She spoke the string of words without pausing. Jack was taken by surprise and then he reacted by laughing.
