Chapter 229: I Want This Child

Sophia paused, her expression distant for a few seconds, and then she fell silent.

After a long sigh, she spoke in a resigned tone, "I am an illegitimate daughter. If I didn't act this way, I wouldn't have been accepted into the Park family. I've done so much; I can't let you take Liam away! If you feel it's unfair, I could give back our father to you."

Liam was the motivation behind all her efforts.
