After dinner, Neha and Azfar came back home after midnight. Fatima and Raheem were already in bed, sleeping peacefully. They quietly stepped into the house and went straight to their bedroom. Azfar put all the shopping bags on their bed and went to the closet. He emptied the biggest compartment of his wardrobe for Neha and then brought all the bags into the closet. One by one, he emptied all the bags and set her things into her wardrobe. Once done he brought Neha into the closet. "Now that your wardrobe is set, I want all my clothes back." He said in a friendly tone.
"Okay." She replied softly with a smile. He exited the closet and sat at the edge of the bed.
"Can't you sleep on the couch?" She asked and he turned to look at her with a raised brow.
"If I sleep on the couch, Amma will catch us and we don't want that, do we?" He asked.
"No!" She replied and shook her head.
"But we can do something that can make you sleep comfortably in this bed." He replied and stood up. She looked at him with confusion visible on her face. He went to the couches and grabbed all the cushions from the couches and brought it to their bed. With the help of the cushions, he built a wall in the middle of the bed that separated both of their sides of the bed.
"Now tell me, will you be comfortable to sleep on the same bed with me? This wall will keep me away from you. Happy?" He asked her.
"Yes, I'll be fine." She replied and giggled. He smiled hearing her. He pinched her cheek lightly and went to the bathroom. She went to the closet to pick herself PJs for bedtime. He stepped out of the bathroom, freshly showered. And this time he avoided wrapping a towel around his waist. He didn't want to make her feel uncomfortable around him. He wore his PJs instead and stepped out of the bathroom. She smiled seeing his efforts to make her feel comfortable. She went to the bathroom and took a quick shower. She changed into her comfy PJs and stepped out of the bathroom. The lights were dim in the room and he was sitting on the study table with his laptop in front of him and some papers as well. She went to him and stood beside the study table.
"What are you doing?" She asked him.
"I have some work to finish, only then I can sleep. You go and sleep, you have classes tomorrow and I don't want you to miss any. Go." He told her and she nodded her head. She felt bad for him that she would sleep peacefully and he had work to finish. But she didn't want to anger him, so she did as he told her to do. She crawled into bed and turned off the lamp on the bed side table.
"Good night Neha." He said.
"Good night." She replied with a smile. She then closed her eyes and in a few minutes she was in her dream land. He chuckled when he heard her snoring.
After an hour, he was done with his work. He shut the laptop and went to his side of the bed. She moaned softly and he turned to look at her. She had a frown on her forehead. He went to her side and sat beside her. A moan escaped her lips and he understood. He moved the comforter off of her feet and started massaging her feet softly. He kept massaging her feet until the frown on her forehead was gone. He adjusted the comforter over her body, then went to his side and laid down. He looked at her one last time and closed his eyes and drifted off.
He hit the snooze on his mobile and got up. Neha was still sleeping peacefully like a baby. He chuckled and made his way to the closet. He picked his clothes for the day. "Finally, it's Friday." He thought to himself and stepped out of the closet. He stepped into the bathroom, peeled off his clothes and hopped into the hot shower. Once done, he wore his clothes and exited the bathroom. He dried his hair with a towel. He went to the bed and gently stroked her hair. She slowly opened her eyes and found him sitting beside her with a smile on his handsome face. She felt something funny in the pit of her stomach.
"Good morning." He said.
"Good morning." She replied and stretched her arms above her head. A yawn escaped her lips and she sat up on the bed.
"When did you sleep last night?" She asked.
"When I was done with my work. Now, no more questions. Get up and get ready. I am waiting for you in the kitchen." He informed her and exited the room. She stood up and went to the closet. She picked a long shirt and paired it with skinny jeans and went to the bathroom. She took a quick shower, wore her clothes and stepped out of the bathroom. She untangled her hair and applied some eyeliner and lipgloss. After her Salah she picked her bag and went downstairs. Her breakfast was already on the table. Fatima and Raheem were seated on the dining table, enjoying their breakfast. She sat on the seat beside Azfar's seat and started digging in. Once done, they both bid their goodbyes and went to the car. He started the engine and drove off.
He parked the car in front of University gate and turned to her again. "Now what?" She asked with a cute pout on her face. He picked up the gift bag from the back seat and handed it to her.
"What is it?" She asked.
"See for yourself. Open it." He replied with a small smile. She looked into the bag and found a box wrapped in pink shimary paper. She fished it out of the bag and unwrapped it. She gasped when she realized that he had gifted her a new mobile phone.
"A new phone!" She squealed in excitement.
"Yes, do you like it?" He asked.
"Yes! Thank you. When did you buy it?" She asked him.
"When you were busy looking for your book, I went to the mobile shop and bought it for you. I'm glad you like it because I know nothing about your favorite color and model." He replied.
"It's perfect, thank you." She replied.
"Okay, my number, along with Amma and Baba's numbers are already saved in the mobile. You can save your friend's numbers as well but I want you to wait a bit longer till I talk to your family. Okay?" He asked her and she nodded her head. She bid him goodbye and hopped out of the car. She was walking towards her campus when someone grabbed her elbow and pulled her into a dark corner. She tried to scream but they covered her mouth with their hand. They slammed her against the wall and grabbed her neck. She opened her eyes and found Arman in front of her.
"You think I let you live if you married another man. I don't think so." He roared at her loudly and she got scared. He raised his hand to slap her and she closed her eyes, as tightly as she could.
"You think I'll let you live if you married another man. I don't think so." Arman roared at her loudly and Neha got scared. He raised his hand to slap her and she closed her eyes, as tightly as she could. But it never came. She opened her eyes again and found Azfar holding Arman's hand, stopping him. She quickly ran behind Azfar and held his arm tightly."You dare to even think of hurting her." Azfar roared at him."Step away from her. She is my fiance. And you, am I not enough for you?" Arman roared back. Azfar didn't reply to Arman but slammed his fist with Arman's face. Arman fell on the ground with a loud thud. He held his cheek which was red because of Azfar's hard punch.
Neha opened the door of the bedroom and stepped in. She was holding a tray. She walked to Azfar's side of the bed and set the tray on the bed side table. "Azfar…" she called his name softly and gently rubbed her hand over his. He moved a bit but didn't wake up. "Azfar…" she called him again, a little louder this time and tapped his shoulder. He slowly opened his eyes and found his angel sitting beside him. He smiled and rubbed the sleep off of his eyes."What time is it?" He asked in a low gruffy voice."It's almost midnight. You fell asleep and I didn't wake you up." She replied."You all had your dinner or not?" He asked.
Naveen was sitting on a chair, in the dining room. She was chopping the vegetables but her mind was elsewhere. She was missing Neha. She had 2 daughters of her own, but Neha was very caring. Alina, Neha's mother, before Alina died Naveen promised Alina that she would take care of Neha and will protect her no matter what. She wiped her tears as she remembered the promise she had made with a dying person but couldn't keep it. Arshad didn't hear anyone, he didn't let anyone explain. He made his decision and kicked Neha out. Naveen was very worried about Neha being out there, fighting her battles all alone. She tried so many times to talk with Arshad and tried to convince him, not to leave Neha alone. But he never listened. She tried to make him think of his dead brother who had left his only daughter with Arshad and his family. He knew
Azfar was sitting in a cafe with his childhood friend Musa. Azfar had dozens of friends, but Musa and Azfar were really close. They both became friends when they were in diapers. Musa knew Azfar very well. He knew Azfar had called him in the cafe that early, it meant something was wrong. Azfar was staring at his coffee and Musa noticed that. "What's up with you buddy? I can see you are disturbed." Musa asked."Nothing, it's just… I never thought it would be this hard." Azfar replied."I told you. That girl rejected you for no reason. And you married her forcefully, of course she will try her best to make your life hell." Musa replied and started laughing."That's the thing dude! Sh
NEHA'S POV:-I groaned in pain and tried to open my eyes. But I felt so weak that I wasn't even able to open my eyes. "Baba." My voice was barely a whisper. I was too weak to call out loud. "Baba." I called again but nothing. The pain in my head was unbearable. I winced in pain. A sob escaped my lips and tears started flowing freely."Neha, are you okay? Why are you crying?" I heard his voice."My head hurts so bad. Please, do something." I pleaded to him."Shhh… it's okay. Don't cry. Let me get you something for your headache." He said and crawled out of the bed. I wrapped my arms around my body. I started
AZFAR'S POV:-As I woke up and found that she was better. I sighed in relief. I was so worried about her and mentally cursed myself for leaving her like that. I told her to get fresh and she did. Then got up and took a quick shower. I didn't want to make her wait more. I knew she must be very hungry. I stepped out of the bathroom and pulled her out of the bedroom. I took her to the kitchen where both of my parents were talking to each other worriedly. Amma came closer with a worried face and cupped her face. "Are you okay honey?" She asked. Neha nodded her head with a cheeky smile on her beautiful face. Amma glared at me and I gulped hard in fear. I had never seen her angry all my life. Neha quickly ran and stood behind Amma."This is all your fault. Why did y
AZFAR'S POV:-I opened my eyes in the morning. I looked at Neha who was sleeping peacefully. I pecked her forehead and crawled out of the bed. I went into the bathroom and took a quick shower. I then brushed my teeth and exited the bathroom. I looked at my bed and found her hugging my pillow tightly. I chuckled and went to bed. I sat beside her and studied her face for a few moments. I leaned a little more and a droplet of water fell on her face. She frowned her brows and snuggled closer to my pillow. I shook my head and went to the closet. I wore my casual jeans and t-shirt and exited the closet, drying my hair with a towel.I again went to the bed and sat beside her. I leaned closer to her ear. "Wake up sleepy head. Or we will be late for your surprises." I whisp
NEHA'S POV:-The whole day went amazing. I had a lot of fun with Azfar. I didn't actually know that Azfar was a fun guy. Well, it definitely wasn't my fault. I haven't known him a month before. The fun part was he always treated me like a baby and I could do anything. After the graveyard, he took me to a cafe where we had our breakfast. Then he took me to so many places. We went to the zoo, then parks then he took me to a foot street. We had our lunch there. Then he took me to the beach. He and I sat into the car and watched the sun dipping into the ocean. It was very beautiful. The way the sky changed its colors, I had never witnessed something so breathtaking ever in my life. After the sun fully settled down and the moon started shining brightly in the dark
NEHA'S POV:-I was sitting on the couch between his parents. We were watching a comedy movie. I was getting bored because Azfar left. I knew his friend needed him. But I just didn't want him to spend his weekends out of the house. I wanted him to spend his weekends with me only. Of course with his parents as well. When baba noticed me getting bored and missing him, he played a movie and we all sat together. I laid down on the couch with my head in his mother's lap. She started massaging my scalp and it felt heavenly.Just then I heard the door getting unlocked. I quickly hopped off of the couch and ran towards the door. He stepped in and I jumped on him, hugging him tightly. He chuckled softly and rubbed my back. "Did you miss me that much?" He asked and I nodded m
AZFAR'S POV:-As I received the text from Musa, I quickly grabbed my wallet, my car keys and my phone. I went to the door and Neha held my hand. "Where are you going?" She asked me softly."Musa called me. He needs my help with something. I'll be home soon, okay. Don't worry." I said hurriedly but pecked her forehead lovingly. She giggled and let go of my hand."Okay, I'll be waiting for you." She said with a shy smile. I nodded my head and stepped out of the house. I hopped into my car and drove off. With my fast driving, it took me thirty minutes to reach the address Musa had sent. It wasn't far
LAILA'S POV:-I was laying on my bed, going through my social media. My phone started ringing with an unknown number. I smiled because it wasn't unknown for me. I picked up the call. "Hey, what made you call me like this?" I asked."What do you mean? I haven't seen you this month. I want to meet you." He said and I smiled."Are you crazy? They will catch us. We don't want that." I replied."I don't care. I want you to come to our usual spot. And please hurry up. I can't wait to see you." He said and hung up. I sighed and smiled. I knew he couldn't just resist me. I hopped off of the bed and stepped into
AZFAR'S POV:-"So tell us, what do you know about this situation? What Laila has done to get Neha kicked out? Since when she had been playing this game with me?" I asked and she gulped hard. She knew there was no way she could escape us."Answer them you stupid woman. What had I done so wrong that made you do it? Why did you do that to an innocent woman? She hadn't done anything to you. Then why? What did your friend offer you to keep your mouth shut? Did she pay you money? How much money has she given you? Tell me now." His father roared at her angrily and she shivered in fear."I'm sorry daddy." She replied and started sobbing hard.
AZFAR'S POV:-I opened my eyes hearing my phone continually ringing. Neha was sleeping peacefully. She was still on top of me. I grabbed by phone from the nightstand and looked at the caller ID. It was Mustafa, Neha's cousin. I quickly picked up. "Hi, how are you?" I asked."I'm fine. How are you?" He asked back."I'm fine. What's up?" I asked."I have found her. Laila's friend. I think it's better if we meet somewhere then go to her." He replied."Today, I can't do that till Monday. My parents are out of the city and I can't leave her
NEHA'S POV:-I was laying patiently on the bed. Waiting for him to come out and take me. I couldn't wait to be his. I was ready to start my life with him. I was ready to start our family. I was ready to have his kids. I couldn't thank God enough for bringing Azfar into my life. His love and his care were so precious to me. His warmth and his kisses were my favorite. His masculine scent made me feel butterflies in my stomach. His protective hugs made me feel safe. Like I was safe in his arms. Like he would take care of me and keep me safe from all the evils. He stepped out of the bathroom, freshly showered. He was only wearing his boxers. My cheeks burned and I smiled. He crawled into the bed and hovered over me. I looked into his eyes and my smile w
AZFAR'S POV:-It was finally the weekend. I was glad that her exams were finally over as well. I was relieved. I helped her in her exams. She had a very tiny heart. She would start crying over everything. Sometimes I really felt like I was married to a little child. Sure, she was very pampered by her father. Her tiny heart could tell anyone that she was a pampered child but she wasn't spoiled, she was loved. It was almost dinner time when I had gotten myself free from my work. I parked my car into the garage. I unlocked the door and stepped in. "Neha!" I called her but she didn't answer. I went to the living room but she wasn't there. "Neha, where are you?" I called her again but she didn't answer. I went into the kitchen, but she wasn't there as well. I then went to the dining roo
NEHA'S POV:-Finally, my exams were over. I was very excited for that day. All my exams went great. Azfar had helped me in every single subject. Sometimes he even helped me in studies then finished his work. I felt bad for troubling him. But he didn't even frown at me. He helped me happily. It was finally the day when I could relax and have my time with my family. I couldn't thank them enough for helping me through my last semester. He also said I could work if I want. To be honest, I never liked to go out and work. But he said it would polish my skills. But they left the decision on me.I walked towards the parking lot along with Zara by my side. As usual, baba hugged me and took my bag. He opened the door for us both and we both hopped into the car. "You are very lucky Neha. Nobo

I watched a comedy show while she was taking a shower. She stepped out of the bathroom and I turned off the TV. I stepped into the bathroom. I did my night business then hopped into the shower. I was showering when I heard her crying. I quickly showered and wore my PJs. I hurried out of the bathroom and found her crying. She was sitting on the bed with her books on her lap.
