Danielle's POV

"Damn! You look... Gorgeous." Jordan literally gawked at me, as I stepped out of my apartment in a black mini-gown. I couldn't help the blush that crept up my face, as his silver eyes glinted at me.

The past few weeks had literally been the best, and it was because of this man in front of me. This was the fourth time he'd taken me out, and sometimes I still struggled to believe that all this is actually happening. Jordan, my crush of almost three years, had finally noticed me and I couldn't wait for him to officially ask me to be his girlfriend.

I hadn't seen my father in weeks and my brother was having a sleepover at a friend's. Everything was just perfect tonight, and it made me smile happily.

"Thanks, Jordan." I replied shyly to his compliment.

"Can't believe I always thought you were a boy." He chuckled, making me slap his shoulders playfully.

"That'll teach you to look well next time." I replied to him.

At 24 years of age, this was the first time I was actually feeling pretty. The look of pure adoration in Jordan's eyes was in so much contrast to the lustful, dirty gaze I usually got in the strip clubs. For the first time, someone was actually looking at me like I am... special and not some ordinary slut to be lusted after.

He held out his arm to me, which I gladly took. We both walked out to where he parked his motorbike and I decided to ask.

"So...where are we going tonight?"

"It's supposed to be a surprise, you know?" He replied, turning around to smirk at me, before getting on the bike.

I rolled my eyes at him, as he wore his helmet before handing me an extra one to wear too. After putting it on, I got on the bike, wrapping my arms around him to hold myself steady.

He got the bike started, and I could already feel so much excitement bubbling inside me.

The next minute, we were zooming off into the night.

After about 45 minutes, we arrived at a place that looked like a club. My initial excitement suddenly turned into anxiety, as the bike came to a stop in some sort of parking lot. I shouldn't be visiting a nightclub, ever again.

Jordan was soon dragging me along with him and, for a moment, I wanted to beg him for us to leave. I couldn't risk running into Mr. Cox or any of the girls at the strip club, it would be messy. I just didn't know how to explain it to a very excited-looking Jordan. How do I tell him I used to be a stripper, without him hating me?

I decided to muster enough courage and follow him inside the club. Maybe we'll just have fun tonight and worry about that tomorrow. What's the worst that can happen?

The place was just how I imagined it; heavy stench of booze and cigarettes, flashy lights and loud music. Jordan held onto me, as we squeezed through a number of really sweaty bodies who were too busy dancing and groping each other to care. This was much different from a strip club, but I do seem to remember vividly how Mr. Cox boasted of owning a few nightclubs in town. I do hope, for my sake, that this isn't one of them.

We squeezed our way to a counter, where some bartenders were in attendance, and we got some shots of alcoholic drinks to get into the mood. Maybe this isn't such a bad idea after all, I thought to myself.

"Ready to dance?" Jordan suddenly asked me, pulling me towards himself and eliciting a yelp from my lips.

Our faces were only inches apart, and I smiled at the proximity, placing my hand on his chest.

"You bet I am." I replied, feeling the vodka kicking in.

We soon joined the rest of the crowd, dancing and grinding against each other. I decided to forget all about my abusive father tonight, to forget about the loads of debts and overdue rent on my head and I decided to forget about the tears that I exhausted so much of my strength, holding back. Tonight was for me and Jordan. I was going to make the most of it.

He suddenly leaned closer to whisper into my ear.

"Come with me."

My vision was now somewhat blurry, and I couldn't stop myself from smiling and giggling wildly. I knew for a fact that I was already drunk, and it felt so good, so liberating.

Jordan dragged me to a flight of stairs and I stopped to gape at it.

"I can't go up there." I complained to him, shouting over the blasting music.

"Why not?" He asked, making me look back at the stairs. They seemed to have multiplied, appearing much longer in my eyes.

"You're going to have to carry m...aaah!" I screamed, as Jordan lifted me over his shoulders, before I could complete my statement.

He effortlessly climbed up the stairs, making me wonder if he was even drunk too.

We were soon on the first floor, and he finally dropped me, holding me steady till I was standing firm enough. I looked around to see that we were standing in the middle of a kind of hall, with chairs and tables around, but no other person was in sight. The place wasn't really bright either, and it made me a little nervous.

I turned my attention back to Jordan, only for his lips to suddenly be on mine. I felt my whole body stiffen and my eyes widen in shock, as Jordan's warm lips kissed mine with so much passion. So, this is what a kiss feels like?

My eyes slowly closed and a moan of satisfaction escaped my throat, as I started to kiss him back. I was about to wrap my arms around his neck, when he suddenly pulled away from me, leaving me wanting more.

"Strip!" He suddenly said, making me frown at him in confusion.

"What?"

"You're a stripper, right? A dirty little stripper." He whispered, his voice taking a dark tone. He knew the whole time ?

"I.. I'm."

"Strip for us, then." He said again, cutting off my stutter. I was beyond shocked at his words.

I looked around the room, only to realize that we weren't alone anymore. A number of Jordan's friends from school suddenly emerged from the dark corners of the hall and that was when my realization set in. Jordan never really liked me, he had been playing me this whole time. This was all his plan from the beginning.

I recognized every single one of them and I couldn't help the feeling of hurt and betrayal, as they were all suddenly laughing at me. Some of them were passing dollar bills to Jordan, indicating that they must have made a bet with him or something. My heart shattered into a thousand pieces, as I struggled to hold back my tears.

"Man, you got her good."

"Damn, she's hot!"

"Yo! Almost didn't recognize her."

"Such a bitch."

They kept mocking and laughing among each other, as I ran out of their midst, bawling out my eyes. I'll make them regret this. I'll make every single one of them regret this, especially Jordan.

Danielle's POVNow I was beginning to understand why he was always so cocky and arrogant. He was more than just wealthy, he was definitely powerful and not someone to be trifled with. I didn't care too much about that at the moment though.A gate was suddenly opened for me, making it the third gate I was going through. My eyes caught the sight of a black helicopter, resting on a landing pad and I struggled to hide my amazement. I needed to appear as mad as possible, when I finally see him.And just as that thought crossed my mind, he finally emerged from where seemed to be the main entrance to the grand mansion. I hadn't seen him since then, and I'd like to assume that he had probably moved on now, and is no longer interested in whatever fantasies he had about me. I should probably move out of this apartment, as he was now literally my landlord. After what happened with Jordan, I wasn't looking forward to having anything to do with any man, at the moment. The more I think of them, I realize just how ruthless and cruel they can be. Brandon was definitely not any different, as I have seen. If anything, he should be worse. The way he had those armed men around him, I swear he runs a mafia or probably
