"Why would you want to move out?" My father said, speaking for the first time in the scene.
I had no idea if it was right to explain how ignorant they were and how their reaction am yesterday had birthed my suggestion, but I decided against it.
"Mother, father." I cleared my throat, hoping I sounded the best version of a polite child. "Don't worry. Don't go thinking it's all because of yesterday. Yes, it inspired my suggestion but trust that it is something that had been going on in my mind for a really long time." I started.
