Lost In Depths

Author's POV.

Damien twirled Elise for the last time and kissed her lips again.The hearts of those around them melted at the sight of their love.

"Should we go home or head somewhere else?" Elise asked, smiling warmly.

"Let's take a walk and I will think of somewhere we can go," Damien replied and smooched her lips again.

He took her to their table and she grabbed her bag. They headed out of the restaurant and their bodyguards followed them.

They started walking on the street, holding hands and staring at the sky.

"It's a full moon today," Elise said, pointing at the sky. "The stars are more beautiful than ever,"

"They aren't more beautiful than you," Damien complimented while looking affectionately at her.

"Thanks," Elise said, grinning from ear to ear. "It's been a long while since we've taken a walk like this. It's either the reporters or some depression stopping us. Although, we aren't alone..." She trailed off, referring to the bodyguards behind them.
