Chapter 7 Coming Home

"Mr. Kaden." Mrs. Tate handed over a small, delicate box cautiously. "Madam had this box delivered here first thing in the morning."

Only the maids knew how challenging it was to attend to Kaden behind his obedient demeanor.

"I almost forgot." Hannah seemed to remember it just now.

She smiled and tapped her earlobe. "Don't put random things in your ear piercings. Wear these earrings instead. They're subtle."

To Hannah, she had done something insignificant for Kaden.

Kaden held the small box quietly, not knowing what to feel.

A while later, Hannah shot him a puzzled look. It was then he finally opened the box carefully.

It was a pair of silver studs with only a tiny speck of diamond embedded on the front.

Those delicate studs matched him well.

Kaden smiled and said, "Thank you, Hannah. I like them a lot."

"Hannah, what did you prepare for him?" Andrew, who had woken up unusually early, noticed Hannah and Kaden as soon as he came downstairs.

He exclaimed, "What about me?"
