Darren didn't turn around as he was trying to focus on their enemies.

He got rid of his blazer so he could move better. The blazer was flung to the ground. He was only dressed in a plain shirt, with all buttons on his collar and cuffs unbuttoned.

When he moved, the muscles beneath his shirt were vaguely showing.

If Hannah was a contradictory beauty of charm and violence, he was the epitome of pure strength. Each of his attacks took down one person. Not only was he not wasting any energy, but he didn't have any flashy moves either. He resembled an assassin who had traversed countless dangers.

She slipped from under his arm and knocked a brawny man who was trying to ambush them from the side.
