The sight of Naomi's tear-streaked face caused Hannah's temper to flare. She finally realized why the server had told her about spotting two young ladies in the private room.

This observation made Hannah's gaze grow cold, though her lips curled into a small smirk. "My younger sister has yet to come home at such a late hour. As her older sister, it's only natural for me to check things out for myself."

She ignored the multitude of sinister gazes cast in her direction from everyone else as she strode into the private room casually.

The lighting in the private room was quite dim. It shaped a jarring contrast to the corridor, which was illuminated brightly. Even though Hannah was just wearing a set of silk pajamas with a trench coat draped on her shoulders, she looked like a queen who had donned her battle cape.
