Chapter 232 Was I Wrong

Hannah's footsteps gradually faded away.

Nigel was still lying on the ground, staring blankly at the hotel corridor and its bright white ceiling. It seemed to be somewhat glaring.

Hannah's beautiful face had disappeared from his sight, but he couldn't seem to shift his gaze away. How did things escalate to this point?

He would prefer it if Hannah hated him, but she didn't.

Covering his eyes, Nigel clenched his fists and ruthlessly slammed them onto the ground, emitting a sound resembling a trapped beast in agony.

Catherine anxiously went out of the banquet hall when she saw Hannah returning.

She saw Nigel on the ground and immediately rushed over to help him up.

"Nigel, what's wrong? Why are you lying here? What did Hannah do to you?"

She bit her lip and looked around. Could it be that Hannah intentionally had someone beat him up?
