Xavier sighed as he wiped at the already healing wound around Celia’s neck. He couldn’t stop thinking about it, he really should’ve killed Alex, not only his actions were disrespectful, but his words too.

‘His words are just as important as yours...’

How so?

If Xavier’s words had been important to him one bit, he’d have stopped the moment he ordered him to. He was the alpha of the pack, not his father and yet everybody respected his father more than him.

Why?

Had he not shown them how deadly he could be?

Were they not afraid of dying?

It seems they didn’t fear him enough, they all stood around a friendly match and watched as it became viscous and did absolutely nothing to break it apart. All of them were in on it, his father had stepped way pass his boundaries.

If Xavier were to confront him now, he’d start talking crap about protecting his son from danger and Xavier really didn’t want to slam his f*cking head against a wall.

He was the dangerous one, so vile that he plotted t

Celia woke up with an headache that had her groaning. Her neck ached abundantly when she twisted it and her body felt like it was trapped beneath a rock. She knew what had happened, she could remember it clearly, Alex had cheated, he had almost killed her. Was it because she was a woman or because she was a rogue? It was probably both. Pushing the sheets off of her, she sighed. Her pride was wrecked in an awful way, she had been confident that she’d win, even went against Xavier when he told her not to fight him. She could bet on her life that he had been the one to stop the fight. After all, everyone else wanted her dead... Especially his father. Nobody wanted her here, which was why she had contemplated leaving, but how could she leave? Xavier was being nice again, he hadn’t been speaking to her harshly, instead his words were so different from how they use to; kind, sensual, sympathetic. He wasn’t treating her like sh*t anymore, like someone disposable, he even found the time t

Xavier sighed as he looked at her back, frustration one of the prominent emotions he felt. He understood what she was trying to say and he understood that she was frustrated too, but nothing that happened was his fault. If anything, he was a victim too. Everything that happened so far, she pinned it on him and the past. Was it not called the past for a reason? Running a hand through his hair, he took a seat on the edge of the bed, reaching for her shoulder with the other. It didn’t get far enough to touch her though, because his hand froze when he heard her voice. “I don’t want you anywhere near me either...” He pulled back his hand and sighed. “It’s my bed, Celia.” “Totally forgot.” She sat up, wincing lowly while doing so. “My blankets are under the bed, I’ll sleep on them.” “Could you just stop? I...” his hand reached for hers, but Celia pulled away. “Stop what?” “I told you to put the past behind yo—” “I don’t want to do that, I want to go home.” “We’re back to this again

Celia walked over to the spot he patted on the bed, yet instead of sitting there, she jotted down in his lap, her head falling against his chest. “I...I’m sorry...”That was something she dreaded saying, which was why instead of spilling it out to Celeste, she had written it down on paper, but in the situation she was currently in, she had no choice but to let the words out. “I didn’t know, I thought tha...” Xavier’s arms encased her, the warmth, the tingles flooding right through her. “It’s alright, there’s no way you could’ve known anyway.” “Yes but...” she lifted her head, her sad eyes finding his. “Xavier I...” Xavier sighed. “Your reaction is making me feel awkward, stop...act like you normally do.” “What? You want me to call you a dickhead after what you told me? I’m sorry, but I can’t, you don’t seem like a dickhead anymore. I...I don’t even know what to say. I can’t say I fully understand you, but I do. Sure I have been loved by many, but the love I really wanted was taken

I’m fine.” “Celia...” Xavier warned, but even as he said it, his hands roamed her body, dipping under her shirt. Celia lifted it, aiming to do nothing but encourage him. “I’ve shown you how much I want you, it’s time for you to show me too...or perhaps you don’t want me?” “I do, but I...” his hand slipped beneath her breast and with a groan, he laid his head against her chest. “Stop...” “I’m not doing anything...you are...” “I...” Xavier groped the thick flesh, squeezing it in his hand. “You’re tempting me, just like you always do.” Celia moaned, her arms wrapping around his neck. “I’m not...I’m just trying to give you what you want.” Her fingers slipped into the soft, black strands of his hair

Celia repositioned herself, her trembling legs not on her side at all. Her knees sunk into the soft mattress, which should’ve made it easier for her move, but she couldn’t... The shiver that lingered in her body was too much and Celia’s pride...it had diminished. Groaning, she dropped her head against Xavier’s chest; ashamed of herself. “I can’t...I...” This had never happened to her before, this felt so new and embarrassing. “I’m sorry.” Xavier’s index finger found her chin, cautiously lifting her head so she looked up into those dark, lustful eyes. “What exactly are you sorry for?” The smirk on his lips taunted her. He knew what was happening and even though she felt like he was mocking her, she tried to answer. “Sorry for...” His other hand kept groping at the sensitive parts of her body; her breast, her bum...making it hard for her to even speak. “I’m opting out. I can’t...” “Your current action does not match the words of confidence you had spewed before now, my little vixen

Celia twisted in Xavier’s arms, turning to face him. He was sleeping, but for some reason she couldn’t and apparently, that reason was hunger. Sighing, she glared at him. The bastard hadn’t fed her, but he hadn’t hesitated to f*ck her...she could bet that he had eaten, which was why he was sleeping so soundly... But Celia wouldn’t suffer alone, he’ll have to suffer too. Flinging his arm from around her, she sat up, watching begrudgingly as he stirred in his sleep, reaching for her again. She slapped his hand away. “Don’t touch me, Xavier...” And pretty soon, his eyes fell open, searching for her. He rubbed them, then his face before sitting up too. “What was that for?” “I’m hungry...” His sleepy eyes hardened, his gaze turning into a glare. “And because you’re hungry, you have every right to slap me, right?” “I suppose...” Xavier hissed and laid back down against the pillow. “Go to sleep, Celia.” Celia shook her head. “No...at least get me something to eat first.” She shook hi

Xavier got out of bed despite feeling like he hadn’t slept. Last night, Celia had woken him up with the claim of being hungry. She might’ve been tormented yes, but she probably was hungry for real. After all, she didn’t like porridge and yet she ate more than a half of it, the rest she had commanded him to eat. It was some good oat porridge though... Sighing, he turned to the bed where she laid, pulling the sheets off of her. “It’s almost time for breakfast...get up.” Celia groaned, eyes still closed and yet her hands were searching for the sheets. “Xavier!” She warned. Xavier pulled the sheets further away from her, her bare thighs now on full display since the shirt she wore did nothing to cover them. He turned away from her when his c*ck stirred, his hand gripping the sheets tighter. The woman had no damn panties on...if he had looked a second longer, she’d have been his breakfast. “Come on, get up Celia.” Celia groaned again, her eyes peeking open to look at him. “Is this rev

Xavier led Celia down the stairs until they landed in the dining area. As always, food was abundant on the tables, she could smell the eggs, the greens, and even the soft smell of pancakes. Wolves sat amongst each other, feasting and talking, until Xavier's presence became known. Then was when silence took control of the room and heads twisted and turned to stare in their direction.Celia didn't like it, she had always loved attention, but this kind made her feel uncomfortable and awkward. Quickly, everyone stood, offering them a greeting. “Alpha…future Luna…”Xavier grabbed for her hand, leading her over to the table they sat last time. His father was there, his mother 'Elizabeth' too, and Kail's eyes twitched as he watched her approach. Nobody from that table was standing and Celia understood why. They were 'royals' too…Xavier's bloodline, but if it was so, what the f*ck was that two faced b*tch doing there?Anna, was it? As soon as Xavier walked outside, he saw Zillon. He was leaning against a tree in the yard, arms folded across his chest. "I hope you didn't wait long."Zillon looked towards him, easing off the tree. "I didn't...I got here not too long ago."And then there was silence, an awkward silence as Xavier got closer to him. With a sigh, he pocketed his hands. He wasn't sure if the broken relationship between him and Zillon could ever be mended. They had driven too far from each other...both of them had slipped into different worlds and Xavier wasn't sure if they could make it back to each other. It was sad and unfortunate, but regardless of their relationship, Xavier would always be there to protect him and Zillon would do the same. They were still brothers, despite the arguments, despite the past. They grew up together; in different ways, but they grew up as friends...both coveting a title that neither of them should've ever had to fight for.But it was time to let go of that now. Xavier wa

Taking the bowl filled with porridge from his mother, he walked over to Celia who pouted around the dining table. "Does it take so long to boil porridge?"

  • A Rogue For The Alpha King   CHAPTER 62— EYES OF BLOODLUST

Celia watched as the war diminished into nothing before her eyes, she didn't even have to lift a foot. Xavier did it, he really did, the humans were now helpless on a land full of wolves. From the start, the humans were way more in numbers, but now, wolves were coming from the north, from the south, from the west and from the east. This was definitely the reinforcements she told Xavier to call for...he did it! She knew he could...Slowly her eyes wandered around the field, looking for him, but the only thing she found that belonged to him was a scent that kept weakening. He wasn't here, his scent was too distant to be here...but why?Was he hurt? Was something wrong?Padding forward, she walked pass wolves that took down men with eyes as black as night. Blood...so much of it and the earth kept gobbling it up as though it was thirsty...Bodies too laid lifeless on its ground like abandoned seeds with no hope of growing.Xavier killed the most, he was ripping them apart...tearing through them as though they were thin cloths...biting through them as though they were the tastiest cooked meat that ever graced his tongue. He didn't care who, he just brought them to their knees on his way to the one who started this war to begin with...Sasha. She was his very aim, his drive...she wanted revenge, well he wanted revenge too. Since becoming king he had been looked down on so many times, his hands were soaked in blood that he could never wash clean from and the disrespect never decreased, instead it increased until this was what it lead to.He was king and they were treating him as though he was not...he'd show them, he already had. 'Continue! Do it! They're distracted now, try again. I-I...I believe that you can do it! You hold control over all packs here, right? Call for reinforcement... Zillon's pack would be happy to help.''It's too far me to reach, Celia and you know it.'Celia hissed down at him. 'Look up, Xavier...we are losing...we must seem so vulnerable in their eyes...so many of us are down already. Do you hear that you f*cking idiot...? The gunshots are so loud, one shot is bringing our men down. There are so many of them and all of them are holding a gun. You better do something, you said you had a plan and you better use it."A breath that came out as a sigh breached the air from Xavier's lips, his eyes floating towards the crisis that laid on his land. Celia was right, his men were dying, if not by gunshot wounds, then they were being taken down the opposing wolves. It was bad, he knew it'd be...but this was far worst than he had anticipated. They were losing drastically, he kept hearing the guns

The men stayed still and as stiff as the trees that reigned around them until before them stood an entire army of people...wolves lined out in front and behind the furry beasts stood humans, real humans. As if on impulse, all the men behind Xavier crouched down, they too transforming into the skin of their beasts. They didn't attack, but they were fully prepared to. Xavier stepped forward and despite the warning he gave before, Celia followed him. "I'm giving you guys a chance to revoke this protest, theirs no need for bloodshed, I'm already king, I've been king for years and no matter how hard you try, you will never get rid of me." He stopped in the very middle of the two parties, his hand in his pockets. "And the humans, I'd suggest you stick to your world just as we tried to stick to ours. Go back now, this isn't something to concern yourselves with.""We'll see about that!" From the back, a girl walked forward, holding a sign in her hand. "Where I'm from protesting is done diffe

"I'm going regardless of what anybody has to say. Xavier doesn't control me, he can't stop me from doing what I want!"She walked in front of him, blocking his path. "Take what of the pack is here, use them, you're their alpha...they should be happy to die for you."Xavier stopped in front of her, his expression nonchalant. "Sasha started this and she won't stop until it's finished.""Well human or not, Sasha won't live long enough to finish whatever this is to her. Her revenge party is getting too loud, someone ought to turn it down." Xavier gestured towards the alpha. "Lock him back up Gabriel...ohh and wait, is there no cure at all for wolfbane? You're a wolf too, I'm sure you must've thought it'd be dangerous for you too.""I've been trying to come up with one, but I haven't found the right ingredients yet...it's frustrating really, a cure could've ended this.""So there's nothing at all that can slow it down? Blood ran from the wound and slowly, the veins in his head rose and instead of red, blue ran through them...wolfbane.As soon as he fell to the floor, Xavier...well not just Xavier but everybody in front turned to Celeste who stood speechless at the back. Her lips were quivering and Xavier could've sworn on his life that he heard her heartbeat. "Where did you get the knife?""I-I...I picked it up on my way in...from the guards.""Then...nice throw.""Y-You thought me, remember?""Yea—""Not much time for a memory trip, who's got four more knives?"Everybody turned to Liam, then to the four men in front of them.
