"Good morning boss," Brycen, one of the guards said over the phone. He was incharge of keeping watch over Frank in the underground and deserted warehouse located in the outskirts of the town where Frank was kept and had been tortured to the point of death.

"Get him ready to return back," Richard commanded.

Brycen thought that he didn't hear their boss well until he continued to issue instructions after instructions which were all boiling down to the fact that he was planning to release Frank.

Didn't he say that they were going to kill him in the next two days and after he was done with his new project?

Richard had instructed them to keep Frank alive until he squeezed out time to see him for the last time before ending his life by himself.

"But sir, the dude is in a very bad state now. I don't think he will survive the deep injuries he sustained even if we release him now," he tried to explain.
