“Who said I am not going to do anything about it?” Axel asked and she sniffed. He sighed and pulled her into a hug.

“I just want you to always stand up for yourself. What if something happens and I am not there? You are going to have to take care of yourself.” Axel said softly and stroked her hair, she wrapped her arms around him and held him tightly.

“I’m sorry I didn't do anything.” Axel apologised and she sniffed again. He held her gently in his arms and closed his eyes, the feeling he gets when she is so close to him is something he will always cherish.

“She knows everything.” Lily muttered and pulled away from the hug.

“I know, I know how to deal with that.” He replied.

“Are you sure?” Lily asked worriedly. She wouldn't want everyone to call her a whore. She couldn't imagine the shame she would go through and how it would affect Axel’s family.

“Of course.” Axel assured her and she wiped her tears. He watched her as she did.
