Missing Nicole

"Ahhhh..." Nicole screamed, with a pained look in her eyes. She felt great pain running from her chest and through her body.

"Who the fuck are you?" She asked, in a shaky tone. A tear dropped from her eyes. Her body lay limply on the floor but then she scrambled to stand up to her feet.

"You want to know who I am?" The shadow asked. Nicole was just hearing the shadow's voice for the first time that night.

With a tired sigh through her lips, she shook her head slowly while her fingers tried to grip the dirty stone floor.

Slowly, she sat up while she leaned on the wall and her eyes shut for a moment. As she leaned on the wall, she felt a tremendous rush of pain while red thick blood gushed from her heart.

At this moment, she felt cold air hit her and she felt goosebumps line her skin. Her eyes snapped open only to see the shadow before her.

However, she couldn't see the face. Also, she couldn't even determine if the shadow was a man or a woman, not even from its voice.
