Andretti could not go along with Lucia because he got a message from his soldiers that there was an issue in their warehouse, he had to go there to resolve the issue. The message he was given was pretty vague so he wasn't even sure what exactly the problem was. He went to the plaza and met with Andreo and Amato, he called them out for the emergency, "Round up some of the guys and let's go, there's an issue at the frincho warehouse", he ordered. Andretti's eyes fluttered open, his gaze blurry and unfocused. He's met with a bright, harsh light that makes his head throb. He tried to lift his hand to shield his eyes, but a sharp pain shoots through his stomach, making his gasp. Dr Roberto's worried face comes into view, "Finally, you are awake!". Andretti tried to speak, but his voice was hoarse and barely audible. He cleared his throat, wincing in pain. " Lucia....". As she stared into his eyes, Lucia reminiscing how she felt when she heard the news that Andretti had been shot, she could remember how scared she got, she was terrified of losing Andretti. When she got to the room where he was, she gazed at him lying unconscious in bed, Dr Roberto tending to his wounds,her heart clenched with a mix of fear and helplessness. Her mind raced with worry, the uncertainty gnawing at her as she fought back tears. The sight of his body, so familiar yet so distant, filled her with a profound ache. He seemed so vulnerable laying there almost like this wasn't the Andretti she knew. She stayed with him through out the night, Dr Roberto had to beg her to go and take a rest. Two days had passed, Andretti was already feeling better, he kept thinking in how he could avoid Lucia and get back to the plaza, but she stood watch over him like a hawk. She barely left his side, he was appreciative of that but he was not so used to someone doting over him like that, and he really needed to form a game plan .
