He's Not My Dad

**Irene's POV**

I could tell that, despite how strong she was proving to be, I could see the sadness in her Eyes. She's utterly disappointed with the story. Good thing I have a perfect story to tell that aligns perfectly with everything that's happened.

“You can't say a word now. That's because you have no idea about your mother's affair with my mate. And of course, someone like Alpha Stone wouldn't say the truth because he knows the ridicule you would face.”

“I still don't get what you're trying to say. If my mom is as bad as you think, why are you still alive and she, dead? It should have been the other way around if she was the gold person.”

“You think I would let someone like your mother destroy my happiness?”

“Hell no. Your mother paid for the crime she committed, and that was her death.”

“You're so evil! My mother got married to another man and had me, how could you still be so bitter?!”

This made me burst into chuckles. I never would have thought that I would find something so
