Full Of Dirty Schemes

***Vanessa's POV***

“Miss, Vanessa?” Nanny.

“Yes, what's up?” I asked from my bed where I laid typing on my laptop.

“Your dad would like to see you in his study room. He asked me to inform you.”

“Oh, okay. I'll be right out.”

As the maid left my room, I couldn't help but think about what my dad might want to discuss with me. It's rare that he would invite me to his office.

I put my laptop to sleep and put it aside my bed before leaving my room. While I was on my way to my dad's office, I decided to drop my Areal's room.

When I peeped in, I saw him playing with his bunny and I smiled. I would have loved to go in and play with him as of the moment, but doing that would definitely delay me and make it impossible for me to focus, and I might not be able to answer my dad's call. Besides, he rarely calls me to his office, which means whatever it is he wants to tell me must be very important and cannot be delayed.
